Basic principles

Our individual coaching services are based on the basic principles of professional coaching: neutrality, questioning, active and benevolent listening.

The coach will create an alliance and a climate of trust, enabling the coachee to speak freely.

We help executives, managers and leaders to get to know themselves better, capitalize on their strengths, improve their self-confidence, rediscover meaning in their work and control their stress.

Types of coaching

– Development and/or transition coaching: for people with new responsibilities involving a major change in posture, mobility or professional repositioning,

– Performance coaching: for people who are blocked by a recurring problem that may be hindering their development, or who need to acquire new skills for their job,

– Support coaching: for people going through a difficult period professionally, with a risk of personal destabilization, or who need to regain momentum, coherence and a certain level of confidence.
