Using a reversed pedagogical approach, our participants are made aware of the expectations of the course through operational reflections.

Objective: from the 1st hour of training, they are immersed in training and application activities!

During training, in addition to the concepts and techniques shared with participants, our consultants focus on application and training activities. These training and role-playing exercises allow us not only to understand, but also to practice… for a guaranteed mirror effect!

SHARING
Our trainers make sure that the whole group understands the expected results: what we do and why we do it. We are convinced that without this sharing, the whole group dynamic deteriorates. For us: understanding, motivation and performance are intrinsically linked!

APPLYING
Participants record the skills they have acquired in a personal action plan. As the training progresses, they write down their progress in terms of the teaching of each sequence, the areas of work identified, and the field of application for practice. These reflections and opportunities are formalized and shared with the trainer and his/her manager.

RAISING AWARENESS
The participants in a promotion are invited to question themselves, to become aware of the differences in practices within the group, and to try out new ways of doing things. Global understanding is the key to better adaptation and more agile performance. In an ever-changing world, we seek to highlight these indispensable qualities.

TRAINING
Practical exercises are proposed during each training session so that each participant can not only apply the techniques acquired but also acquire real reflexes on a daily basis. These exercises are adapted to your company and to the profiles of the participants, so that the learning experience is total and real.
