Totem’s convictions

What is an effective training system?

While most companies have put in place measures to assess the quality of their training courses, they don’t know what to expect from them. At Totem, we validate an objective in terms of the skills to be acquired, and create the conditions for buy-in and appropriation by participants. We then challenge them on their application, so that we can objectively measure results over time.

Unwavering commitment to customers and teams before, during and after training courses

“If you don’t know where you’re going, it may take you a while to get there.”

Berber proverb
