Welcoming disabled participants
As an establishment open to the public (ERP), our Totem training organization makes every effort to welcome disabled people, in order to guarantee equal rights and opportunities for access to training and qualifications. Cf. Art. D5211-2 et seq. of the French Labor Code. Particularly in reference to the Law of 02/11/2005 for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of disabled people.

• By developing the pedagogical accessibility of training courses: by thinking about and organizing the reception of disabled people even before receiving them for training (prior interviews, individual preparation, virtual visit to the practice to validate the necessary arrangements and adaptations).
• By developing our teams’ ability to compensate for the disability of trainees, wherever necessary: reinforced and adapted support during training, individual follow-up, downstream coaching on the job sites.
• Ensuring the accessibility of all the training center’s premises. Our facility complies with Handicap accessibility standards, c.f. Decree N°2017-431, dated March 28, 2017, relating to the public accessibility register.
