REGRAS INTERNAS - Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da forma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n

CPL TOTEM <\/b>ELABORADO EM CONFORMIDADE COM OS ARTIGOS L6352-3 E L6352-4 E R6352-1 A R6352-15 <\/i><\/b>DO C\u00d3DIGO DE TRABALHO<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ARTIGO 1 - OBJECTIVO E \u00c2MBITO DE APLICA\u00c7\u00c3O: <\/b>Este regulamento aplica-se a todas as pessoas que participam numa a\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o organizada pelo TOTEM CPL. Elas est\u00e3o afixadas em todos os locais de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e s\u00e3o apresentadas no in\u00edcio das sess\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Todos os participantes devem respeitar os termos deste regulamento durante todo o curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n

ARTIGO 2 - PRINC\u00cdPIOS GERAIS:<\/b> A preven\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos de acidente e de doen\u00e7a \u00e9 imperativa e exige o respeito integral de todas as regras de seguran\u00e7a e de sa\u00fade aplic\u00e1veis. Para o efeito, as instru\u00e7\u00f5es gerais e espec\u00edficas de seguran\u00e7a em vigor no estabelecimento que acolhe as ac\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, caso existam, devem ser rigorosamente respeitadas sob pena de san\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\n

Sec\u00e7\u00e3o 1:<\/b> REGRAS DE HIGIENE E SEGURAN\u00c7A<\/b><\/p>\n

Todos os formandos devem garantir a sua seguran\u00e7a pessoal e a dos outros, respeitando as instru\u00e7\u00f5es gerais e espec\u00edficas de seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade, consoante a sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

ARTIGO 3 - INSTRU\u00c7\u00d5ES DE INC\u00caNDIO:<\/b> As instru\u00e7\u00f5es de inc\u00eandio, nomeadamente o plano de evacua\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia, est\u00e3o afixadas nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es do centro de forma\u00e7\u00e3o (no r\u00e9s do ch\u00e3o: no hall junto \u00e0 porta de entrada) e devem ser lidas pelo formando.<\/p>\n

Em caso de alarme, os formandos devem interromper todas as actividades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e seguir calmamente as instru\u00e7\u00f5es do representante autorizado da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o ou dos servi\u00e7os de emerg\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Qualquer formando que presencie o in\u00edcio de um inc\u00eandio deve ligar imediatamente para os servi\u00e7os de emerg\u00eancia, marcando 18 de um telefone fixo ou 112 de um telem\u00f3vel e avisar um representante da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

ARTIGO 4 - BEBIDAS E DROGAS:<\/b> \u00c9 estritamente proibida a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ou o consumo de drogas ou de bebidas alco\u00f3licas nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 proibido aos formandos entrar ou permanecer no centro de forma\u00e7\u00e3o em estado de embriaguez ou sob o efeito de drogas. <\/p>\n

ARTIGO 5 - PROIBI\u00c7\u00c3O DE FUMAR:<\/b> \u00c9 estritamente proibido fumar nas salas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e, de um modo geral, nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es do organismo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

ARTIGO 6.\u00ba - ACIDENTE:<\/b> Qualquer formando que seja v\u00edtima de um acidente (ocorrido durante o curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o ou durante o trajeto entre o local de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e o seu domic\u00edlio ou local de trabalho) ou que seja testemunha de um acidente deve informar imediatamente a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do centro de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. O respons\u00e1vel do organismo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o tomar\u00e1 as medidas adequadas para procurar assist\u00eancia m\u00e9dica, informar o empregador do formando e ajudar a declarar o acidente \u00e0 caixa de seguran\u00e7a social competente. <\/p>\n

ARTIGO 7.\u00ba - HOR\u00c1RIO DE TRABALHO, AUS\u00caNCIAS, CHEGADAS TARDIAS OU PARTIDAS ANTECIPADAS :<\/b> <\/b>os estagi\u00e1rios devem respeitar os hor\u00e1rios fixados e comunicados antecipadamente pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Em caso de aus\u00eancia, atraso ou partida antes da hora prevista, o formando deve informar a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da forma\u00e7\u00e3o e justificar-se. <\/p>\n

O organismo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o informa imediatamente o financiador (empregador, administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Fong\u00e9cif, Regi\u00e3o, P\u00f4le emploi, etc.) deste acontecimento.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, em conformidade com o artigo R6341_45 do C\u00f3digo do Trabalho franc\u00eas, os estagi\u00e1rios - cuja remunera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 paga pelas autoridades p\u00fablicas - s\u00e3o suscept\u00edveis de sofrer um desconto no seu sal\u00e1rio de forma\u00e7\u00e3o proporcional \u00e0 dura\u00e7\u00e3o da sua aus\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

ARTIGO 8.\u00ba - FORMALIDADES: <\/b>O formando deve preencher a folha de presen\u00e7a no decurso do curso e o question\u00e1rio de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no final do curso. Poder\u00e1 ser pedido aos formandos que preencham uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do curso. <\/p>\n

ARTIGO 9\u00ba - COMPORTAMENTO:<\/b> Todos os formandos devem comportar-se de forma a garantir o respeito pelas regras elementares da boa educa\u00e7\u00e3o e da vida em comum e o bom funcionamento dos cursos.<\/p>\n

ARTIGO 10\u00ba - BENS PESSOAIS:<\/b> A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o declina qualquer responsabilidade em caso de perda, roubo ou deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o de objectos pessoais de qualquer natureza pertencentes aos formandos.<\/p>\n

ARTIGO 11\u00ba - SAN\u00c7\u00d5ES: <\/b>Qualquer infra\u00e7\u00e3o de um formando a uma das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es do presente regulamento interno pode implicar a exclus\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria ou definitiva do curso. Esta san\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 igualmente comunicada \u00e0 entidade patronal do estagi\u00e1rio. A entidade patronal do estagi\u00e1rio pode, em seguida, tomar medidas disciplinares, consoante a natureza e a gravidade da san\u00e7\u00e3o: chamada \u00e0 ordem, advert\u00eancia escrita, repreens\u00e3o, suspens\u00e3o ou despedimento. S\u00e3o proibidas multas ou outras san\u00e7\u00f5es pecuni\u00e1rias. <\/p>\n

ARTIGO 12\u00ba - ACESSO AOS LOCAIS DE FORMA\u00c7\u00c3O : <\/b><\/p>\n

Salvo autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o expressa da dire\u00e7\u00e3o da entidade formadora, o formando n\u00e3o pode :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Entrar ou permanecer nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para outros fins que n\u00e3o a forma\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n
  • Apresenta, organiza a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ou facilita a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas de fora da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n
  • Vender bens ou servi\u00e7os a estes clientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ARTIGO 13\u00ba - UTILIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DO EQUIPAMENTO : <\/b><\/p>\n

    Salvo autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o expressa da dire\u00e7\u00e3o do organismo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, o material de forma\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 pode ser utilizado nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es do organismo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e exclusivamente para fins de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 proibida a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento para fins pessoais. <\/p>\n

    Os formandos s\u00e3o obrigados a manter em bom estado o equipamento que lhes \u00e9 confiado para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Deve utiliz\u00e1-lo para o fim a que se destina e em conformidade com as regras definidas pelo formador. <\/span><\/p>\n

    O estagi\u00e1rio deve informar imediatamente o instrutor de qualquer falha no equipamento.<\/p>\n
