Durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, para al\u00e9m dos conceitos e t\u00e9cnicas partilhados com os participantes, os nossos consultores centram-se em actividades de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Estes exerc\u00edcios de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e de role-playing n\u00e3o s\u00f3 ajudam os participantes a compreender, mas tamb\u00e9m a praticar… para um efeito de espelho garantido! <\/p>\n
