Pedagogy<\/h1>\n

Prior to our training courses, all preparatory documents are made available to participants on our Learning Management System workplace.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

In this way, via a digital interface<\/strong>, everyone can familiarize themselves with the content, familiarize themselves with the concepts covered and formalize the preparatory work.<\/p>\n

During training<\/strong>, beyond the concepts and techniques shared with participants, our consultants focus on application and practice activities. The four pillars of TOTEM pedagogy<\/h2>\n

Interactive sharing<\/strong>
\nOur trainers ensure that the whole group understands the expected results: what we do and why we do it<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Raising awareness<\/strong>
\nParticipants in a promotion are invited to question their own practices, to become aware of differences within the group, and to try out new ways of doing things.<\/p>\n

Application<\/strong>
\nParticipants record the skills they have acquired on a personal action plan; as the training progresses, they write down what they have learned from each sequence, the areas of work they have identified, and how they can be applied in practice. These are formalized and shared with the trainer and the N+1.<\/p>\n

Training<\/strong>
